Anne Greenbaum, Principal at ADG Consulting is an expert consultant, trainer and grant writer with a lifelong passion for sports and sports based youth development.   Anne has over 20 years of experience developing, supporting, funding and managing youth development and school/ community partnership programs.  She understands what happens in the day-to-day running of programs and has the vision to help create long term strategies for capacity building and funding. Anne brings a real world, practical approach grounded in her years of experience as staff, manager and consultant. Anne helps organizations transform new challenges and responsibilities into  manageable opportunities, and she makes tools such as logic models and tasks like data collection doable for program staff.  Anne works closely with organizational leadership staff to develop high quality programs, successfully implement projects, create new staff trainings, and research, write, and manage grants.
